Voilà le message que j'ai reçu le 05/08/2005 à 20h44 :

Hello TelExtreme Team!
We acknowledge that advance notice on changes to our TelExtreme plans was not provided to our valued TelExtreme customers and affiliates when we made our service announcements earlier this week. In addition to our new regional plans and expanded service coverage of the Dial Zone1 plan, we had announced that calls to mobile phones in some countries/cities would no longer be included as of August 1.
In honor of our BodyExtreme Core Values of Trust, Respect, Integrity and Excellence, and out of respect for our valued TelExtreme customers and affiliates, I am happy to report that for users who enrolled prior to August 1 2005, we're extending the original plan offerings for our Dial Zone1 service plan through August 31, 2005 (see summary below for specifics). This means now through August 31st, you may continue to place calls to mobile phones previously covered by the Dial Zone1 plan with no additional fees or per minute charges (World Wide Calling still applies to all other calls made outside your plan coverage).
Due to the reasons cited in our original email announcement, we unfortunately have no choice but to drop mobile calls to Europe and a few other countries from our plans until costs charged by the phone companies that terminate these calls are lowered. We conduct extensive competitive analysis on our TelExtreme plans and know that even with unlimited mobile calling not being included in some countries; we are still highly competitive in the market with our per minute rates to mobile phones.
I'm confident you'll find our residential and business plan offerings, including our exciting new Europe Plus, Latin America Plus, Mexico Plus plans, as well as our Dial Zone1 +Taiwan Mobile and Europe Plus Mobile plans, are a terrific value. All of these money saving calling plans are available for you to order right away.
We appreciate your continuing partnership with TelExtreme and your positive approach to our changes within this dynamic and growing industry. Leaders, please make sure that new affiliates and customers in your organization are aware of the new Dial Zone1 Plan starting August 1.
Sincerely,
Bruce Thompson
CEO
Through August 31 for users who enrolled prior to August 1:
Dial Zone1 will continue to include calls to mobile phones in Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, United Kingdom, The Netherlands), Taiwan or Mexico- Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Mexico City
Effective September 1 for all users:
Dial Zone1 will no longer include calls to mobile phones in Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, United Kingdom, The Netherlands), or Taiwan.
Visit the TelExtreme website for complete details on all of our calling plans.
