Exciting New TelExtreme Announcements :
Voici un copier coller des grandes lignes :
NEW REGIONAL CALLING PLANS!!!
All of you have been working hard, so we wanted to reward you with a request many of you have been waiting for, New Regional Calling Plans! We won't give out the full details yet, but we'll share with you a few highlights.
Regional Plans
Europe Plus - greatly expanded coverage throughout Europe
Latin America Plus - addition of several South American countries and major cities
Mexico Plus - expanding coverage to more cities throughout Mexico
Expanded/Revised Zone 1 - we'll be adding several countries to Zone1 and reducing the countries where mobile termination is included
New plans to roll out August 1
We are all pioneers in creating the world's very first, truly global, VOIP network. We currently have people using TelExtreme in over 60 countries on every continent (except Antarctica) around the world! With these new announcements and the many additional projects underway—we are poised for tremendous success around the world.
– TelExtreme Corporate Staff

Hi,
I think it is a joke. A fish of 1st of April because :
“We’ll be adding several countries to Zone 1 and reducing the countries where mobile termination is included !”
The interest of the offer of Telextreme it is the hability for calling cellular phones in unlimited, it is that tha makes Telextreme the best, better than ACN and Cellwireless and others.
I am Bruno ORIOLI, from the same name company, i live in France near Paris. I made multi level marketing since more than 10 years. I am an expert on MLM. I have heard for the first time of Telextreme the 28th may 2005 by Philippe Macia. The 1st of June 2005, after studying the opportunity, i decided to start with Telextreme.
I believe 100% in this business and in the business of VoIP in France, in Africa and in the whole World. For information, i work 18 to 20 hours a day ! Only for Telextreme i stop everything’s else.
A this date, i made a team of :
Binary Tree Total Member count
162
Sponsorship Tree Member count
153
Binary Spillover count (if any)
9
Code Tree Member count
112
You can check in my back office and see what i have already made in less than 2 months starting with Zero. Telextreme starts more than 6 months ago and you only have National Director. Me, before the end of August 2005, in fact in less than 3 months, i will become the First President Director of Telextreme. At your advice, who is better to listen to build the business of Telextreme among the affiliate leaders ? The persons who are not President Director and who begun in the business more than 6 months before ? Or the person who will become President Director between the end of August 2005, it means in less than 3 months !!!
In France, we are the number 1 in Europe in VoIP (with Freebox ect...)
We have plenty of offers in VoIP :
Wengo (from 9Telecom) with a box in VoIP at $8,40 by month unlimitted for National calls in France (with a limited offer for cellular calls).
Voicebuster, it’s $1,20 in unlimited to National calls in France for life ! Not very expensive for international calls.
It’s the Freebox with his offer at $35,98 by month internet high speed till 20 Mb, unlimited phone calls in France, very cheap rate for International calls.
France Telecom (the 1st National operator in France) who brings unlimited $94,90 in ALL Europe national calls and CELLULAR PHONES !!! North America and Dom (Guadeloupe, Martinique ect...) also cellular phones !
When we said Europe, it is all Europe, not only 15 countries ! It means for Europe : Allemagne, Andorre, Autriche, Belgique, Chypre, Danemark, Espagne (dont Canaries), Estonie, Finlande, Grèce, Guernesey, Hongrie, Irlande, Italie et Vatican, Jersey, Lettonie, Liechtenstein, Lituanie, Luxembourg, Malte, Monaco, Norvège, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Portugal (dont Açores et Madère), République Tchèque, Royaume-Uni, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Suède, Suisse.
And others...
I will be a big mistake to non respect your engagement to stop delivering cellular phone calls in all the 17 countries of Dial Zone 1 your normally desserve, because that will be a complete change of the offer and a big shame on what we have announced to everybody and that is only what we can find on the site : http://www.telextreme.com
Be carefull ! If you persist in your decision, that will put shame on BodyExtreme and to his professionalism of 8 years. You will miss not only the start of Telextreme but also the future start of BodyExtreme. Don’t do the same as Herbalife who missed the France in 1993 or 1995 and for you that would not be only for France but also for ALL EUROPE.
You know Free, 2nd operator for adsl (high speed internet) in France start. It was far away but with their offer of unlimited calls in the Contry, more than one year before, it takes the 2nd place behind France Telecom (Wanadoo). Actually, in France, on the last 3 last months 850 000 lines high speed dsl !
Skype you certainly knows it with skype out in one year in one year, they made 1,2 millions only with word of mouth ! And all the money for Skype so imagine in the whole World with Telextreme offer.
Sincerely, if you only have to choose only one country to maintain cellular calls in Europe (you have to maintain others contries), it is to keep French cellular calls. It is very important for the credibility of BodyExtreme in Europe.
The France, is a strategic country, le most visited country in the world. It is Paris, it is Eiffel Tower, it’s Eurodisney near Paris where European people came from whole Europe to see Mickey.
Most important thing, it is the link with Africa because in Africa, the majority spoke the French language. You should also translate your website in French as you made in fact for Spanish, Germans and Chinese people.
We are bulding Africa opening countries as Algeria, Morocco, Benin, Cote of Ivory, Senegal, Congo and more others... (us the French)
I insist, it is still time to reconsider your decision about cellular phones in France and for the others countries of Dial Zone 1. My objective is to build a very big team with 100 000 affiliate customers between the end of December 2005 and my ambitious goal is to become the Affiliate number 1 of TelExtreme, the one with the biggest income.
If one of your goal is for TelExtreme BodyExtreme to become the first MLM in the world, please take attention to my advice.
Just to reminber, The market of phone (cellular and other) in France was 30 billions dollars in 2004. In 2010, the world market of phone is estimated at 1600 billions dollars !
If you would like BodyExtreme and TelExtreme to have the most and powerfull increase in MLM of history, i can help you but one condition, not change what you have in Dial Zone 1 (it means to maintain Cellular phones calls in France ect...) So, if you want you can add more countries in Dial Zone 1 but not remove cellular phones call in Dial Zone 1. You can also admit to people to choose with another Plan but don’t change what was done in Dial Zone 1.
Yours sincerely,
Bruno Orioli

XXX,
I understand your frustration. Believe me, I am caught in the middle of this but there is nothing at this point that I can do.
I did notice that you made reference to Skye. TelExtreme and Skye, though both are VoIP products, are still two very different services. I won’t go into all the differences but some of the main instances…
· TelExtreme has a dedicated phone number that can receive incoming calls from landlines
· Has an unlimited plan including 25 + countries
· You don’t have to have your computer on to receive the calls
I hope that I can help you focus on the other positives that this opportunity can bring you. I know you can still do well with this company.
Have a wonderful day.

Jeremy,
Thank you for your transparency. Droping Europe (that means droping Africa too), even for a while, will put anybody no more confident for the rest of life of telextreme bodyextreme… Can’t you change your provider ? May I know the name of that provider and that phone company ? « Free » (who is the leader in France for VOIP Adsl) knew how to negociate with « France Telecom » (phone company who has the best renown).
« An average cost for terminating a call to a mobile phone in Europe is still $.20 - $.30 per minute” “we still remain very competitive in the market with our per minute rates to cellular phones, and there are no other VOIP companies offering mobile termination into Europe “: I don’t know other VOIP companies like yours, offering so expansive mobile termination into Europe !.
« Skype VOIP» : http://www.skype.com/products/skypeout/rates/all_rates.html France - Mobile $.21, France-Toll Free $.000 $.000. And that is customer’s price WITHOUT $60 each month to pay, and without any ATA to pay as much.
« France Telecom, home line » « is (the 1st National operator in France) who brings unlimited $94,90 in more than 35 countries : ALL Europe national calls and CELLULAR PHONES !!! North America and Dom (Guadeloupe, Martinique ect...) also cellular phones ! When we said Europe, it is all Europe, not only 15 countries ! It means for Europe : Allemagne, Andorre, Autriche, Belgique, Chypre, Danemark, Espagne (dont Canaries), Estonie, Finlande, Grèce, Guernesey, Hongrie, Irlande, Italie et Vatican, Jersey, Lettonie, Liechtenstein, Lituanie, Luxembourg, Malte, Monaco, Norvège, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Portugal (dont Açores et Madère), République Tchèque, Royaume-Uni, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Suède, Suisse. ». That is also customer’s price without any ATA to pay.
Did you get my sponsor’s letter on the 26th of Jully ? I give it you back next up. He is the first european national director and certainly soon the first president director of telextreme for only two months and few days. Who is supposed to lead the leadership course in las vegas in october ?
Whatever… according to the last chapter, which countries in europe are supposed to benefit of your minute rates to mobile phones termination into Europe in your new Europe Plus plan ?
Thank you to stay in touch with us as you are the only one who answered. Best regards.

xxx,
This is an explanation from our Vice President of Business Development, Peter Buzzard:
“To understand why TelExtreme is no longer including mobile calls to some countries, you first have to understand the cost model of our service plans. We incur termination costs (monies paid to the phone company that connects a phone call from the PSTN to the house or mobile phone receiving the call) for every minute of very call made by our customers. So the countries that our provider includes in our calling plans must have low termination costs in order for us to offer our plans at competitive rates. The more minutes we buy in any given market, the lower we can negotiate our termination costs.
So when our provider originally created our Zone1 calling plans and included mobile calls in European countries, they mistakenly assumed that they would be able to negotiate lower termination costs as our volume increased. However, that is not the case—Europe remains the one industrialized region of the world where mobile phone carriers are able to charge fees that are 5 to 10 times higher than any other industrialized country in the world. An average cost for terminating a call to a mobile phone in Europe is still $.20 - $.30 per minute – which means we are losing money every month on almost every customer in Europe right now. So we have no choice at this time, but to drop mobile calls to European countries from our plans, until such time the termination costs are reduced.
Now, it’s important to realize that we still remain very competitive in the market with our per minute rates to mobile phones, and there are no other VOIP companies offering mobile termination into Europe. With our new Europe Plus plan, we have expanded our reach to 21 countries throughout Greater Europe, and the price is $10 less than our Zone1 plan.”
I hope this helps and you will work with us as we resolve this issue. Thanks again.

Thank you for your prompt answer. I can imagine leading a so big and promise society as telextreme is a great challenge from which lots of excitements and stress are associated.
I don’t want to believe it would be soon the end of telextreme in France and I keep confidence in your working hard to check with all the parameter to « figure out » a plan for telextreme expansion in Europe, Africa and Asia.
So my strategie is not to say anything about all that stuff to the members ... want to register and get the ATA. I am short of pretext to make them waiting more longer. ... Can you secure me that if the issue is not favorable, we’ll be refunded for the whole expanses as it wouldn’t be the offer promise and actually competitive (because of mobile phone included), and this even if the delay usually accepted to return back is over ?
France is the country of immigration as political is social, lots of people came from North and South Africa (to run away from poverty and try to make one’s fortune), from Portugal and Spain (for the same reason usually as workers in building trade), from Asia (as workers in textile and food), from Italie (food and building trade), from Poland… they are interesting to get the ATA for their familly in their country (whatever it is open or not) so they always could be in touch with their contacts in France at any time even on mobile phone in case of urge or also to prospect or create a busness to make one’s forture with partners in France. It seems more important for them to get the best phone contact (home and mobile) with the promise country (France) than the opposite.
Best regards.

I understand your distress and want to reassure you that it hasn’t been TelExtreme’s choice to change the service plans. It is the provider’s choice and we are diligently working hard to figure out a plan that works for everyone.
We will communicate to the field as to what changes and what stays.

Mrs, Mr,
As a new affiliate from your companie, I just receive today 5 ATAs I bought myself for my familly.
...
Today is another day, a bad day. I received an email from you about new plans. My sponsor founded out what about this information... The telextreme promise is supposed to be a untruth… no more French cellular’s call included. The 8 ATAs bought from my familly have no more sense now... as we have great better offer in France for home line all over the world. ?
Will you really broke your commitment with France and Europe ? How can I be remboursed for those ATAs anybody bought for a promise not kept ?
Regards.

A disappointed and sad new affiliate, expecting a favourable issue to telextreme expansion.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We understand that taking some of the mobile calls away is extremely difficult——so we have created some new plans with Mobile Minutes bundled into the plans we have tried to find alternative solutions. To understand why TelExtreme is no longer including mobile calls to some countries, you first have to understand the cost model of our service plans. We incur costs for every minute of every call made by our customers—we have to pay the phone company that terminates the call to the number you are dialing. So the countries that we include in our calling plans must have low termination costs in order for us to offer our plans at competitive rates. The more minutes we buy in any given market, the lower we can negotiate our termination costs.
So when we originally created our Zone1 calling plans and included mobile calls in European countries, we mistakenly assumed that we would be able to negotiate lower termination costs as our volume increased. However, that is not the case—Europe & Taiwan remain two industrialized regions of the world where mobile phone carriers are able to charge fees that are 5 to 10 times higher than any other industrialized country in the world. An average cost for terminating a call to a mobile phone in Europe, for example, is still $.20 - $.30 per minute – which means we're losing money every month on almost every customer in Europe right now. So we have no choice at this time, but to drop mobile calls to Europe and a few other countries from our plans, until such time the termination costs are reduced.
To help minimize the impact of these changes, we are creating two additional calling plans that will include a limited number of Mobile Minutes bundled into the plan. For Taiwan, we will have Zone1 Plus Taiwan Mobile plans which will include 200 minutes of calling to mobile phones in Taiwan for an additional $10. For Europe, we will have a Europe Plus Mobile plan which will include 300 minutes of calling to mobile phones in all of the countries in the new Europe Plus plan for an additional $50. See www.telextreme.com for more details on these plans.
Now, it's important to realize that we still remain very competitive in the market with our per minute rates to mobile phones, and there are no other VOIP companies offering mobile termination into Europe. With our new Europe Plus plan, we have expanded our reach to 21 countries throughout Greater Europe, and the price is $10 less than our Zone1 plan.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CHANGING YOUR CALLING PLAN
If you would like to change your current TelExtreme calling plan to one of our new regional plans, you can request a plan change by filling out the online form .
New plans do not take effect until the first day of the next month—so any plan changes requested in August will not take effect until September 1st. We expect a large volume of plan change requests over the coming weeks, so please understand that it may take up to 5 business days to process your request. Do not call Technical Support or Customer Service to request a plan change—we are only accepting requests via our online form in order to ensure that everyone's requests are handled accurately.
We understand that these plan changes and enhancements will affect your business in many different ways. Some affiliates will only concentrate on the negative aspects, while others will go on to see the many positives that change will bring. As we continue to grow together as a company, we will see changes; some will be viewed as negative, while others see it as a positive. It is because of each of you that make this company great and if you focus on the positive then your business will continue with positive results.
TelExtreme Corporate Staff
P.S. If you haven't already, be sure to visit our newly revised TelExtreme website. You'll find a powerful new marketing movie on the home page, and our Support page offers lots of new information on how to obtain assistance with your issues, including an expanded FAQ's section.
